    好吧，無論怎麼用國曆的算法來ㄠ，
    我終歸來到了每個人都必須抵達的這一刻，
    沒有特別的感慨，
    唯一有的是回國之後，
    一連來的慶生飯局吃不完，
    在昨天終告落幕，（呼）
    感謝有心的好朋友們沒逼我吃蛋糕，
    想來是無心插柳的［拒絕蛋奶］減肥法得到諸多共鳴，
    再次致上萬分謝謝，
    有朋友相伴，夫復何求。
     
    送給自己的期許：
    但望從此真要做到不惑，
    堅定的告訴自己要的是什麼，
    學會拒絕，
    並且，別忘記，繼續笑。
